How it works

Three steps from blank page to signed off

1

Collaborate & draft

Authors work section by section. Comments and suggestions stay pinned to exactly the right place in the document.

2

Distribute for review

Send to reviewers in one click. Each person sees their assigned sections, leaves feedback, and approves or sends back.

3

Approve & publish

Once all approvals are in, publish with a full audit trail — every decision logged, every version preserved.

And throughout all of it

Everyone who needs visibility has it

Project managers, downstream teams, and senior stakeholders can see the live status of every document — without being pulled into the drafting process. No status meetings. No chasing updates over email.

Why we built this

20 policy documents. A dozen stakeholders. One shared deadline.

Draftr started with a real problem: coordinating the rewrite of 20 policy documents, each with its own due date, its own set of drafting stakeholders, and its own set of reviewers who needed to sign off before anything could move.

Downstream, training teams and communications teams were waiting on final content before they could finish their own work — all converging on a shared deadline. A project manager needed visibility across all of it to know what was on track and what wasn't.

The tools available were Word, SharePoint, and email. Documents got lost in inboxes. Feedback arrived in conflicting versions. Nobody had a clear picture of where each document stood. Chasing approvals became a job in itself.

Draftr was built to solve exactly that. One place to draft, assign reviewers, track approvals, and keep everyone — authors, approvers, and project managers — on the same page.

Everything your team needs to get documents signed off

Structured drafting

Section-by-section document structure keeps drafts organised and reviewer feedback pinned to the right place.

Multi-stakeholder approvals

Assign reviewers at the paragraph level. Track who approved what, and when.

Audit-ready governance

Every edit, comment, and approval decision is logged. Full version history, no exceptions.

Version control

Publish a document, then spin up a new version when policy changes. The lineage is always clear.

AI-assisted writing

Rewrite, summarise, and draft sections with AI — with humans still in the loop for every approval.
